I saw the movie Birds of Prey: And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn. This movie stars Margot Robbie (Suicide Squad), Mary Elizabeth Winestead (Sky High), and Ewan McGregor (Star Wars).
A twisted tale told by Harley Quinn herself, when Gotham's most nefariously narcissistic villain and his zealous right-hand, man, put a target on a young girl, the city is turned upside down looking for her. Harley, Huntress, Black Canary and Renee Montoya's paths collide, and the unlikely foursome have no choice but to team up to take the villain down.
I give this movie 2 out of 5 stars. Watch the credits.
I did not really enjoy this movie as much as I thought I would. It in no way lived up to the amazingness of Suicide Squad, and I found Harley Quinn's character to be quite different. I did not like the fact that Harley's voice had been changed as well.
I gave this movie one extra star than I was originally planning to, just because of the feminism/girl power in the movie.
